Paragraph Numbering Template Manager

The Paragraph Numbering Templates are used to apply a custom numbering scheme to your document.

These templates can be used with any document and can instantly give you over 30 different types of numbers and formats to use within your document.

The schemes are organized into a logical code meaning that the first number will represent the starting tab position of the numbering scheme for example.  This is followed by a description of whether that scheme is a tab, centered, or indented scheme followed by the appropriate numbers and/or letters.

User Customized Schemes

These are schemes created by the user and can be named using any combination of letters and numbers.  Numbering Scheme naming has the same rules as saving a document to the hard drive.

These schemes are for the user who might have a specific scheme that he or she wants to use all the time.

Additional features include the ability to add or delete schemes.

Paragraph Numbering

  • The first number is “0” which means the Heading 1 is completely flush left.
  • The Ind. represents Indent.
  • The Tab represents First Line Indent
  • Followed by the representative combinations of numbering.

Paragraph NumberingBy looking at the different templates available you can see you have options for a tabbed based document, indented based document and then a choice of either 1 a. i. or 1 (a) (i).
